Rachel has been with Fester & Chapman, PLLC since 2004 and became a partner in 2013. Over the course of her career, Rachel has gained extensive experience serving individuals, trusts, partnerships and privately-held corporations. Rachel also has experience in providing tax advice for individuals ranging from sole practitioners to high-net worth individuals. She also provides clients with consulting and planning services that maximize the goals of each organization.
