Kevin is the Managing Partner at Fester & Chapman, PLLC and has been with the firm since 1996. He has over twenty years of experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services for a diverse range of clients, including governmental and nonprofit entities. Kevin has significant expertise working with charter schools, community health centers and clients requiring Single Audits. He also works with a wide range of governmental entities from special taxing districts to large counties in Arizona.
